Can I bring a phone number with me?
Yes. We just need a copy of your most recent phone bill along with a signed Letter of Agency.
How long does it take?
Typically less than a week. If you are bringing a number with you, that can time to the process.
Can I bring my own phone with me?
Yes, provided that it is supported by our system. Most SIP capable phones are supported.
Can I have incoming calls directed by pushing a button?
Yes. Adding an Auto Attendant to your service will enable you to do this.
How do I pay?
We invoice monthly on the first of each month. For annual plans you pay one time at the start of your term. We accept checks, credit or debit cards.
Can I have multiple phones ring when the main number is called.
Yes. Our ring group features allow you to do this.
What do I need in order to use this service?
For desktop or soft phones, you will need internet service via cable or WiFi. For mobile service, you must have a cell phone with a corresponding data plan.
Can I choose my phone number?
We have access to a large list of numbers that you can choose from.
