Safety First with Secure Building Access

We installed access control devices on the main entrances of both the school and church, providing staff with several security options, including:

Scheduled Access: Automatically locks and unlocks doors based on a set schedule.
Access Control Options: Entry via passcode, key card, or remote unlock by a staff member.

With built-in cameras and microphones, staff can see and speak with visitors before they enter, ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.

Convenient Visitor Management with Phone Integration

Visitors simply press a button on the access device to call school administrators. Staff can see a live video of the visitor on their phone, engage in conversation, and if approved, unlock the door remotely with a single tap.

Remote Access via Mobile App

Our system also provides full mobile functionality, allowing administrators to:

View live video and communicate with visitors.
Grant access remotely, even if they’re away from their desk or off campus.

This ensures that authorized visitors can be let in without requiring staff to be physically present at the entrance.

Schedule-Controlled Access

The online scheduling portal adds another layer of convenience and security. Timing rules can be set to automatically lock/unlock doors based on specific hours, days, and individual access needs:

Access Logs: The school and church administrators can view detailed logs of who enters and exits, offering full transparency and an added level of security.
User-Specific Schedules: Each person has a unique access schedule, ensuring only those with permission can enter.

Access via Pass Code or Key Card

Staff members are given a choice of secure entry options, including personal access codes or radio-controlled key cards. This flexibility helps streamline staff access while maintaining a high level of security.
