Our phone system can be automated for every business need.
INTELLIGENT CALL ROUTING– Dictate exactly how and when phones ring. Use Auto Attendants (phone trees) to enable callers to be directed to specific departments (For example, press 1 for sales, press 2 for support). Utilize Call Queues to enable group ringing scenarios utilizing algorithms such as: Ring All, Round Robin, Linear Hunt, and Group Cascade.
TIME OF DAY / DAY OF MONTH SCHEDULING – Utilize calendar and clock functions to manage your service based on time of day or day of month. For example, set your phones to ring during normal business hours and then direct them to voicemail after hours. Set up a template for your holidays and business events to ensure calls are treated properly.
